[0:07] This school year, we're embracing
[0:09] the theme of “All for 194”
[0:11] and living out our core values,
[0:14] which guide
[0:14] everything we do
[0:15] to ensure the academic, social,
[0:18] civic and personal readiness
[0:19] of every student.
[0:22] Over the past decade,
[0:23] our district has seen significant growth.
[0:26] With new homes and families
[0:27] joining our community,
[0:29] we expect that growth to continue.
[0:32] Our district is becoming
[0:33] more economically,
[0:35] racially, linguistically diverse.
[0:38] Today, 16% of our families
[0:40] speak a language
[0:41] other than English,
[0:43] representing more than 80 languages
[0:45] across our schools.
[0:47] Each day, our dedicated staff
[0:49] help students grow
[0:51] academically,
[0:52] socially, civically and personally
[0:55] as they work
[0:55] toward graduation and life beyond.
[0:59] To support every learner,
[1:00] we provide a wide range of educational
[1:04] and social-emotional supports.
[1:06] Many students benefit from individualized
[1:09] support, such as English
[1:11] Learner programs,
[1:12] special education,
[1:13] and academic interventions
[1:15] or accommodations.
[1:17] 30% of our students participate
[1:19] in advanced programing,
[1:21] allowing students
[1:22] to explore their interests
[1:23] and take on new challenges
[1:25] in their academic journey.
[1:27] Our students’ success
[1:29] is reflected in an average GPA of 3.3
[1:33] and an average ACT
[1:34] score of 23.
[1:37] A testament to their hard work
[1:38] and the commitment of our staff
[1:40] to academic excellence.
[1:42] Our graduates are ready for the future.
[1:46] According to the most recent data
[1:47] from the Class of 2022,

[1:52] 17% entered the workforce immediately,
[1:56] while 79% pursued

[2:01] a dedicated team

[2:40] we are preparing learners
[2:41] to thrive in a digital world.

[3:06] a reflection
[3:07] of how our schools
[3:08] bring people together
[3:09] for learning, recreation
[3:12] and connection across the Lakeville area.
[3:15] Strong connections with our community
[3:17] through transparency
[3:18] and positive relationships,
[3:20] including community engagement
[3:21] and feedback,
[3:22] are essential
[3:23] to making our mission
[3:25] possible to support
[3:26] every student’s success.
[3:28] And it's clear
[3:31] In the 2025 survey.

[3:48] we spend taxpayer funding effectively,
[3:51] do what's right,
[3:52] make good decisions
[3:53] and involve the community well.
[3:55] Our community
[3:56] also says
[3:57] our leaders are doing a good job
[3:59] and that our teachers are fantastic.
