[0:14] The play at Calendar Girls is absolutely

[0:16] a beautiful show. We kind of look at

[0:19] really tough stuff in life with humor

[0:21] and how you kind of need those

[0:23] friendships in your life to lean on as

[0:25] you go through hard times. It's a really

[0:27] beautiful look at how friends deal with

[0:29] a difficult time.

[0:30] When I was cast in the play, I was so

[0:33] excited uh after having read the script

[0:36] um between auditions and callbacks. I

[0:38] knew that Chris was the role that I

[0:40] wanted and and then after meeting the

[0:43] incredible group of women that got cast

[0:46] as the other ladies in the play. I am

[0:48] just so blessed that uh that I get to do

[0:50] this. When I first read it, I saw so

[0:54] many empowered, beautiful women roles,

[0:57] and I really was excited to bring it to

[0:59] to the stage. It's bold and it's funny,

[1:02] but it's also really heartfelt and

[1:04] beautiful and sentimental as well.
