Lakeville Liquors Launches Fundraiser for Police K9 Program
Lakeville Liquors has announced a month-long fundraising campaign in July to support the acquisition of two new police canines for the Lakeville Police Department.
The municipal liquor operation is offering residents the opportunity to contribute through their store membership programs. Customers can join the wine club or brew club with a $12 donation, or opt for a premier membership with a $24 contribution.
All proceeds from the membership donations will directly support the K9 program, according to the announcement. The initiative aims to strengthen the police department's capabilities by adding two new four-legged officers to the force.
The fundraising effort will be conducted across all Lakeville Liquors locations throughout July.
