Mr. Schultz presented a recommendation to purchase playground equipment for Bloomfield Park from Northland Recreation. He outlined the RFP process, which engaged six vendors and incorporated community feedback through an open house, online voting, and input from the Youth Commission and the Parks and Natural Resources Commission. The proposal from Northland Recreation was widely favored, and the plan is to remove existing equipment in September and install the new playground in October.
