[Music] hey everyone it's Logan here with a Lowdown from this week's city council meeting we had a fairly short agenda this week so I've got one key item to talk to you about in this week's video the city council gave final approval to an apartment complex near akran Avenue in Highway 42 this is a 192 unit apartment complex on about 10 acres just east of Lifetime east of the former city hall building that is now owned by DCTC located inside the emerald aisle development this apartment site has been zoned and guided in the comprehensive plan for high density residential for quite some time the project intends to kick off in the spring of 2025 this is another step in the development vision for the acrin 42 Corridor as lifetime Quick Trip the restaurant parcel the bank parcel all continues to give some really positive energy to that parcel and that area along how 42 so that's it from this week's city council meeting as always check out the full video on YouTube and our other social media channels for City info and we'll see you next time [Music]
