[Music] Hey everyone, it's Logan with the lowdown from this week's city council meeting. We had a very brief city council meeting this week, so I'm going to use this week's video to plug two really exciting events coming up here in September. First, the 7th annual Food Truck Fest is back and better than ever here in the city of Rosemount. Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 20th at Central Park from 400 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. As usual, we have a ton of food trucks, a number of new food trucks with new food items to try, a beer garden with domestic and craft beers, and two bands performing that night. First, the Indecisions will perform, followed by Junk FM. So, come on out. Family-friendly event, one of our favorite events every fall here in Rosemount on Saturday, September 20th. The day after on Sunday, September 21st, we have a really neat event to share called Sketches of Rosemount. The city applied for a grant to be one of the cities featured on the Sketches of Minnesota tour. This is a really fun evening of food, community interaction, and improv comedy that's completely free to a limited amount of folks across the city of Rosemount. It starts at 5:00 pm. After a 1-hour happy hour, we'll go into the steeple center, and then at your table, you will engage in a facilitated conversation about current state of affairs in Rosemount, the future of Rosemount, your thoughts and ideas about Rosemount could be and what it's becoming and what excites you about that, what makes you nervous about that. Engage on all things Rosemount. And then it will be followed up by an improv show where the performers have been walking around the steeple center listening to your conversations about the future of Rosemount, gleaning ideas from those conversations and then turning that into about a 30inut improv set that helps us have a little fun and shine a little interesting light on the future of Rose Mountain. So, a really cool event to engage with some neighbors you've never met and to enjoy a really lovely free meal and a bunch of free appetizers from all of our friends. The link to sign up is down below. It is limited to the first 125 guests and we look forward to seeing you on Sunday, September 21st. So that's it for this week. Tune in next time and as always, follow us on all of our social medias. Have a great week.
