By adopting this sort of a structure, you're not giving up any of that authority... You've just allowed yourself to consider many things. You've given yourself some flexibility.
So, the whole goal of this then is to basically speed up this process and go through the building inspectors to inspect the plumbing certification and y not have to wait months from the state.
This is this is a thing many cities are are moving to... if you make this move of course you will have then taken over the review of plumbing plans... you'll always probably need to have a vendor that is compliant with the state and is certified by the state to do this kind of work.
I just think that we should really stay local... I would prefer we stay local and use DMC.
I just want air. I don't care who doesn't.
the staff notes that reliable um has done maintenance on other city equipment, familiar city equipment is local. So there's some, you know, theoretical benefits to their familiarity with things in addition to just being local.
