As many know the Verizon wireless power uh has been continuously going down. Typically, that's not a huge deal except all of our SCADA alarms go to public works cell phones... so if the um tower has been going down, then public aren't receiving those alarms.
Anyone on the first map network would have to be overrated their cell phone users. And so I do think it is critical for our fire department and public work staff to be on that network.
So um the person basel for the bar screen um that's a total of $27,798.75 approval move on that project. It's kind of hodge podge right now.
The purpose of tonight's meeting is to run through the project area with you um talk about the uh city's assessment policy and how that uh affects the properties and then to give you an idea of private costs um for uh for the upcoming project and and the possible assessment that would be placed on the on the property.
I stand to lose the tree, which shades my lawn and makes life a lot better. I stand loses the portion of my lawn if they move it back 15 feet to put in the sidewalk... I'm concerned about those things.
The cost of relighting a sewer like that is comparable to digging it up and replacing it. Um the other thing that we look at is the connection of the service... the longevity of the need sewer it outs um and the long life cycle cost out um reining sanitary sewer.
This whole process is statuto explained that it's statute 419 so the legislature sort of laid out the way cities go about uh typically financing these kind of improvements... to move forward, we need four to take that step.
This is the final step. So, they got some cleanup items... and uh also this uh release some of the retaining that was on the project. So the uh amount of the request is $40,576.74 that would start then a one-year warranty on the uh on the project.
