the purpose is to have you understand a little bit more about the environmental document scoping document that is um that we're looking to distribute for public review and comment this is the initial phase or the first step in the environmental review and kind ofls what environmental factors are going to be studied as part of this environmental document

it's no secret we're looking at a large piece of land about 400 Acres along 52 in your community

This process is ideally suited for projects that are happening in phased development and find geographical areas with a specific timing um and specific uses are not entirely known um it allows a lot of flexibility it evaluates concept level development scenarios so rather than looking at one um specifically divined project looks at at least two scenarios

it's distributed to agencies on the ETB distribution list so some of the agencies like the DNR and not might comment on certain um concerns they might have or additional data that they want um considered they comment on the need for additional analysis um and then usually there are some comments from residents in the public on any particular concern that they may have

we have created a website link uh it's under environmental reviews on our website and so we will be posting all public information on that just so the public can and check in we'll be posting um anything that we have for review will be on over the course of the next few months and so um any data that the public would like to review will be there and then in addition to that we are looking at posting um with gr companies in open house and that will be on April 9th from 4 to 7 and that will be here in sa uh Cil Chang
