an important factor for us during that phase of work is really dust control. That'll be an emphasis for us making sure we keep the dust at a minimum.

our goal here is to deliver the new community health and wellness center to the city as best as we possibly can. From a site logistics and coordination standpoint, that really entails maintaining a secure perimeter, keeping our dust and debris where it belongs within our job site, and minimizing any other obstruction to the best of our ability.

Pen Avenue will not be regularly closed at all. It'll be closed for a duration of maybe two weeks at the very most during a period um next summer. Otherwise, Pin Avenue will remain open the entire course of the project.

The city council gave that direction and they decided not to move forward with the purchasing of those homes.
