[0:00] I'm Dakota Kenyon out here at the
[0:02] community health and wellness center
[0:03] project site with Adam Bla Venzant,
[0:06] project engineer working with Jun. Hi
[0:09] Adam, tell us what's going on back here.
[0:12] >> Prepping for footings and foundations.
[0:13] This is one of the last sections we have
[0:15] to do. This [music] is specifically
[0:17] around the uh nudatorum section of the
[0:20] building. So these are our deeper
[0:22] footings and foundations. And right now
[0:25] they're prepping for formwork starting
[0:27] next week. He said, "We're [music]
[0:28] getting close to finishing up
[0:29] foundations here. After that, what can
[0:31] we expect to see?"
[0:32] >> So, yeah, after these footings and
[0:34] foundations are in place, what we'll see
[0:36] is pre-cast walls starting to grow up.
[0:38] And that process is a fairly quick
[0:39] [music] process than traditional um
[0:42] frame. So, it'll be quick. It'll be
[0:45] it'll be looking like a building real
[0:46] soon. And then we're into structural
[0:48] steel and the decking and interior work.
[0:50] >> In terms [music] of working out here in
[0:52] the winter, anything special we need to
[0:54] be aware of?
[0:55] >> So, yeah. I mean, we always prep for
[0:57] winter conditions and we hope for the
[0:58] best, but sometimes we got to bring out
[1:00] ground thaw machines in order to, you
[1:02] know, keep the ground at a temperature
[1:04] that's working and we don't have that
[1:05] frost in the dirt cuz otherwise we have
[1:07] to get new dirt, bring it in and keep
[1:09] that frost out.
[1:10] >> For more information on the project or
[1:12] updates, [music] head to
