[0:00] Oh perfect. So we are now here in the conference room for our interviews, for our four finalists, for our city manager position. That's what we'll be doing today. We have our consultants here with us. Greg, thank you so very much for the work that has gone into this and the the direction that you provide. [0:20] Added and brought us to this point. I'm gonna turn it over to you to give us some talking and talking points and and we'll we'll have this all wrapped up and be ready to go by 01:00. [0:30] Very good. And I just, you know, also want to reiterate how much we appreciate your time and commitment and attention today. This is a heavy lift. We know we all have busy schedules and to be able to devote time. [0:47] The process is important, but said that the selection of a chief executive is the most important decision that any board will make. So it's definitely time well invested. I have a few housekeeping items to go through in terms of the materials. [1:05] And I think we'll start with that. I have combiners in front of you and if you have a moment if you could just turn to the 1st tab, which is the schedule for the day. [1:25] So we are at this briefing time until 01:00 p.m.. And that's time just for us to get oriented and make sure that we have an efficient interview process. We all kind of understand what each of our roles are, get all of our questions answered. [1:40] Then we'll have candidates interviewing on the hour. The interviews are scheduled for about 50 min in content, and so there's about a 10 min break built in between candidates that you're free to use for a light discussion or as a break throughout the day. [1:57] And I'll be keeping track of time. So I'll just be sitting here on the side, not participating in the process, but monitoring making sure that we have good set of interviews and also managing our time. If we do run long with the candidate I'll prompt them to be more concise, and sometimes that. [2:16] Is a candidate being maybe a little nervous interviewing and sometimes that's the result of follow up questions and doesn't matter what the reason is, we just want to make sure that all the candidates get to speak to all the questions, and so I'll make sure that happens. So right about 04:50 in the afternoon as and it wraps up, we have. [2:36] Some time for discussion. We have right about 50 min to discuss and debrief and the purpose of that time will be somewhat simple. It's really for this group to come to consensus on who you'd like to invite back tomorrow for. [2:55] An interview and there's not a preset number it could be one, could be two, could be three, could even be four, it's unlikely, but we're hoping to invite back a small number of candidates tomorrow. [3:10] For tomorrow's interviews, which will be at 07:00 P.M. and those interviews are intentionally unscripted. There are NO prepared questions tomorrow. Tomorrow's an opportunity for each of you to ask questions that you're interested in, topics that.…
