I Hope Everybody Had A Good Holiday Season And 2025 Has Started Off Well For You Council Our First Agenda Item Of The Evening Is To Adopt Your Agenda And On Our Agenda This Evening I Think One Of The Early Agendas That Went Out Included Item 2.1 Which Is The Introduction Of New Employees. We Were Taking That Off. We Had At The Employer That We Were Going To Introduce Is Not Available Tonight So We'Re Taking That Off Which Would Make Item 2.1 Being The 2024 Omnibus Andrew Td Award And The 2.2 Item Would Be Then The Proclamation For Martin Luther King Day. Our Consent Business Is 18 Items Long And Councilmember Carter Has Our Consent Agenda This Evening Under Item Four Hearings, Resolutions And Ordinances. We Don'T Have A Public Hearing Scheduled For Tonight But Leads Us To Number Five Our Organizational Business And We'Ve Got 13 Items Under Organizational Business. The First Item 5.1 Is A Study Item For Our Small Business Codes And Processes. Item 5.2 Is A Look At The Planning Commission Work Plan For 2025 And Then We Go Into A Series Of Appointments That We Do On Our First Meeting Of Every Year We Typically Do 5.3 Will Be Appointment To The Bloomington Fire Relief Association. 5.4 Is An Appointment To The 494 Kerner Commission 5.5 To The Sustainability Commission Appointment 5.6 The State Community Health Services Advisory Committee Appointment 5.7 The 35 W Solutions Alliance 5.8 3169 Corridor Coalition 5.9 Bloomington, Minnesota Travel And Tourism Appointments 510 Our Council Secretary Appointment 511 Will Be The Metro Cities Board Of Directors Appointment And 512 Would Be The Greater Metropolitan Area Foreign Trade Zone Appointment.
