[0:02] DEVELOP LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND DEEPEN YOUR  UNDERSTANDING OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT THROUGH   [0:07] THE BLOOMINGTON LEADERSHIP PROGRAM. “As a resident and somebody who works   [0:11] in Bloomington, I wanted to know how  does the city go about providing all   [0:16] its essential services to its residents?” THIS FREE TWO-MONTH PROGRAM GUIDES PARTICIPANTS   [0:21] THROUGH INTERACTIVE LESSONS IN  CIVIC ENGAGEMENT WHILE BUILDING   [0:24] STRONG CONNECTIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS. “I think the fact that the city offers   [0:29] this program speaks highly of Bloomington and  how it values the residents and really wants   [0:35] us to have a voice in the community.” PROGRAMMING TAKES PLACE ONE EVENING   [0:39] A WEEK AND TWO SATURDAY MORNINGS.
