[0:00] hello my name is Leon Chambers I'm with [0:01] the Bloomington Fire Department today [0:03] we're going to talk about forcible entry [0:05] and why it's important there's many [0:06] reasons why we need the force the door [0:08] if a patient's on the ground and they [0:10] can't make it to the door and they're [0:11] having a medical emergency it's [0:13] important that we have quick and Speedy [0:15] process where we can get inside and give [0:17] that person medical attention as quick [0:19] as possible secondly if there is a fire [0:22] we may need to force the door as well [0:23] sometimes the person could be inside the [0:25] home and could succumb to smoke and if [0:27] we need to get inside to put the fire [0:29] out so times our best means of getting [0:31] inside is forcing a door so it's [0:33] important that we're quick and efficient [0:34] when we're forcing doors so that we can [0:36] mitigate the issue as quick as possible
