[0:00] let's get scrambling Bloomington my name [0:01] is Grant bimer and I started scrambling [0:03] egg with my good friend Nick Peterson we [0:06] started scrambling egg because we wanted [0:07] to start a fast casual breakfast place [0:10] where you can get a high quality meal [0:11] served quickly at an affordable price we [0:14] found that if you wanted a good [0:15] breakfast you most likely had to go to a [0:17] diner and sit down where you would wait [0:19] about 30 minutes for a meal or you had [0:21] to go to a fast food chain that doesn't [0:23] specialize in breakfast and you get a [0:25] very low quality meal we found that [0:27] there wasn't really a good in between so [0:29] we cre scrambling egg to fill that void [0:32] and be a place where people can get a [0:33] very fast delicious breakfast meal at an [0:36] affordable price and our menu was [0:38] designed with Simplicity in mind we [0:40] basically have three menu items that can [0:42] be customized in Limitless ways to meet [0:44] any dietary restriction we have the [0:46] breakfast bowl the breakfast burrito and [0:48] the breakfast sandwich and they're all [0:50] delicious and we also uh make our own [0:52] specialty coffee drinks that really get [0:54] people scrambling we've been operating [0:56] for about a year and a half out of our [0:58] little rustic food trailer I'm sure many [1:00] people I've seen in Bloomington uh we've [1:02] been at St Luke's Lutheran Church Bobby [1:04] and Steves and Ace Hardware over by [1:06] Kennedy High School and the sales have [1:08] just been fantastic and we've been [1:10] growing just rapidly and we would use [1:12] the money from this competition to start [1:16] a brick and mortar in east Bloomington [1:18] where we can just expand our menu a [1:20] little bit more do some more coffee [1:21] drinks and just see how far we can take [1:23] scrambling egg so come check us out [1:26] watch our pitch at the next event uh [1:28] give us a vote and let's make [1:30] Bloomington the city where scrambling [1:32] egg first hatched
