[0:00] hi I'm Grant Anderson and I'm super [0:02] excited to share a little bit about my [0:03] business idea indoor dog Fitness I grew [0:06] up in Minnesota and I've had three dogs [0:08] throughout my life uh Snoopy Toby and [0:11] Rusty and um when we would go to the vet [0:14] we noticed this common occurrence that [0:16] as we approach the winter the vet would [0:18] ask us to find ways to take them for a [0:21] walk or run in the winter uh but when I [0:23] would do that I found it unsafe and [0:25] unpleasant to do so uh my least favorite [0:28] part was the ice slippery Street streets [0:30] slippery sidewalks dog parks I'm not a [0:32] fan so indoor dog Fitness would create [0:36] an inside space for dogs and their [0:38] humans to run or walk uh together I know [0:41] so many dog owners right now are [0:43] probably thinking why does this not [0:44] exist already um I envisioned the space [0:47] to resemble something like a hockey rink [0:49] but don't worry there wouldn't be any [0:51] ice the outside portion uh there' be [0:54] like a track-like space where the dogs [0:56] and the humans could walk or run [0:58] together and then on the inside there [1:00] could be a separate space uh where the [1:01] dogs could exercise on their own indoor [1:04] dog Fitness aims to replicate the [1:07] success of the health club industry for [1:09] humans and make a similar Concept in the [1:11] pet industry which is showing tremendous [1:12] projected growth uh in the long term I [1:15] aim to create uh aim to offer with this [1:18] business classes training grooming um [1:22] daycare boarding nutritional drinks and [1:25] snacks for both humans and dogs and uh [1:28] events like dog shows dog tricks dogss [1:30] available for adoption Etc I think [1:32] there's so many things you could offer [1:34] under this um this idea um so the [1:37] long-term plan would be to create a safe [1:40] Comprehensive Health Club for both dogs [1:41] and humans to enjoy together on the 29th [1:44] there's a big event I'd love for you to [1:46] come out and uh see my pitch and vote [1:48] for me and as you're doing that uh [1:50] please just picture yourself on a rainy [1:52] day buggy Day hot humid day um how how [1:56] are you able to walk or run with your [1:58] dog today in a safe and enjoy able [2:00] manner with indoor dog Fitness there [2:02] would be an option thank you
