Dance Series Features Three Companies at Arts Center
Three local dance companies will perform at the Bloomington Center for the Arts as part of the Discover Dance Series 2025 on June 13 and 14.
The performances will feature Continental Ballet Company, Concerto Dance and Threads Dance Project at the Schneider Theater at 7 p.m. both evenings. According to event organizers, 20 professional company members will share the stage with three different local choreographers creating works with distinct voices.
The series aims to engage residents with local arts partners and introduce families to dance performances. Event organizers described it as a performance series featuring multiple dance companies performing various styles for all ages.
Tickets are currently on sale, with children five and under admitted free. The event is designed to connect community members with both new and established arts organizations in the city.
Families and neighbors are encouraged to attend what organizers called "a really fun night of live performance" showcasing the joy and power of dance.
