The Bloomington Ice Garden is approaching completion of a comprehensive renovation project that includes upgraded facilities and infrastructure improvements throughout the complex.

The renovation encompasses multiple areas of the facility, including a new lobby, upgraded concessions area, and improved restroom and office spaces. A dedicated area for the Figure Skating Club has been added as part of the improvements.

Significant infrastructure work has been completed on the ice rinks, with Rinks 1 and 2 receiving newly poured concrete floors. A centralized ice system room has been constructed to support the facility's operations. Rink 3 is undergoing what officials described as a complete renovation.

Upgrades to support high school sports include new stadium seating, standing rail areas, and new locker room suites. The facility has also received a new roof and renovated lounge area.

A mural installation remains in progress, with completion expected at a future date. The facility improvements are designed to enhance the ice sports experience for both recreational users and competitive programs.
