From keeping our community [0:14] safe to connecting with neighbors [0:16] through events and programs, it's been a [0:18] year full of dedication and teamwork. [0:21] None of this would be possible without [0:23] the incredible men and women of the [0:24] Brooklyn Center Police Department. Every [0:27] day, our sworn and nonsworn staff serves [0:30] with professionalism, heart, and [0:32] commitment. I'm truly grateful for their [0:34] efforts and the difference they make in [0:36] our community. As we head into the new [0:38] year, I'd encourage everyone to [0:40] celebrate safely. Please plan a sober [0:43] ride if you're going to be traveling. [0:46] Keep an eye on young children, enjoy [0:48] festivities responsibly, and look out [0:50] for one another. Small steps like [0:53] staying aware of your surroundings and [0:55] making safe choices can help ensure [0:57] everyone enjoys the holiday safely.
