Informal Open Forum This is an opportunity for the public to address the City Council on items that are not on the agenda. It is limited to 15 minutes. It may not be used to make personal attacks, air personal grievances, make political endorsements, or for political campaign purposes. Council Members will not enter into a dialogue with the presenter. Questions from the Council will be for clarification purposes only. It will not be used as a time for problem-solving or reacting to the comments made but for hearing the presenter for informational purposes only. The first call will be for those that have notified the Clerk that they would like to speak during the open forum and then ask if anyone connected to this meeting would like to speak. Resolution Identifying the Need for an Application to the Metropolitan Council ## Livable Communities Environmental Site Investigation & Cleanup Grant Fund for Dur Dur Bakery & Grocery Inc (5951 Earle Brown Drive) -Motion to approve a resolution identifying the need for an application to the ## Metropolitan Council Livable Communities Environmental Site Investigation & Cleanup grant program for testing and remediation of asbestos in conjunction with demolition work at 5951 Earle Brown Drive for Dur Dur Bakery & Grocery Inc. e.
