Call to Order - 7:00 p.m. Attendees please turn off cell phones and pagers during the meeting. A copy of the full meeting packet is available in the binder at the entrance to the Council Chambers. ## 2. Roll Call 3. Pledge of Allegiance ## 4. Informal Open Forum This is an opportunity for the public to address the City Council on items that are not on the agenda. It is limited to 15 minutes. It may not be used to make personal attacks, air personal grievances, make political endorsements, or for political campaign purposes. Council Members will not enter into a dialogue with the presenter. Questions from the Council will be for clarification purposes only. It will not be used as a time for problem-solving or reacting to the comments made but for hearing the presenter for informational purposes only. The first call will be for those that have notified the Clerk that they would like to speak during the open forum and then ask if anyone connected to this meeting would like to speak. Planning Commission Application No. 2026-006 for a Major Amendment to the Planned Unit Development and Approval of a Site and Building Plan for 6500 ## Camden Avenue North (Jambo Africa) - Motion to approve Planning Commission Application No. 2026-006 for approval of a major amendment to the Planned Unit Development and site and building plan for construction of an approximately 5,720-square foot restaurant, bar, and event facility with an indoor/outdoor patio at the Subject Property located at 6500 Camden Avenue North, based on the findings of fact and submitted application, and as amended by the conditions of approval in the resolution. ## 10.
