I'd like to move to amend the agenda to add a vote on rescending the use of legal counsel at board meetings unless warranted by state statute.
It is standard and customary for legal council to be at any governance meeting. I would feel so censored and unsafe sitting at this table if we did not have general counsel to guide us.
