[0:04] [Music] [0:09] But for me, probably the most enjoyable [0:11] times with the senior classes, watching [0:13] them in opportunities where they had uh [0:15] the ability to step up and serve our [0:17] school community and really exemplify [0:19] the uh Rebels qualities of [0:22] responsibility, empathy, belonging, [0:24] equity, leadership, and service. They [0:26] have been uh true models of that. [0:29] [Music] [0:36] My favorite memory would probably be the [0:38] first time I entered Chapel Park for the [0:40] first time. Like just that was the [0:43] moment I realized I'm not a kid anymore. [0:45] Like and this is the next step in my [0:47] future. The friends that I've made [0:50] playing softball here. Um the friends [0:52] that I've made, they've just I've grown [0:54] up with them and they're like family to [0:56] me. [0:58] [Music] [1:03] My favorite memory has got to be uh this [1:06] year for hockey when we did an orange [1:08] out game for our teammate that just [1:10] recently passed away and it was just [1:12] crazy how many people we had to show up [1:14] to our game all in orange for our [1:15] teammate. Uh most of my favorite [1:17] memories are of me and my friends going [1:20] to school events. [1:25] I think I'm most proud of the connection [1:27] that I've been able to make and with [1:30] kids [1:32] and just teachers, students. The thing [1:35] I'm most proud of is being able to [1:37] branch out into like different friend [1:39] groups and getting to learn new people [1:42] who have the same values as me. So, [1:44] just, you know, networking in a sense. I [1:46] would say the most thing I'm proud of is [1:49] just walking across the stage cuz being [1:51] here right now is like something that [1:54] thought would never happen. And then [1:56] another thing I'm proud of would be [1:57] overcoming everything, all the obstacles [1:59] that I thought I couldn't overcome [2:01] during my four years here academically [2:03] with friends, relationships, everything. [2:12] [Music] [2:18] [Music] [2:21] But I think this class has really stood [2:23] out uh to me over the last four years as [2:26] the class that has really uh brought our [2:28] school community together. Uh it'll I'll [2:31] get emotional um because we've had a [2:34] we've had an amazing school year, but a [2:36] tough school year having uh lost a few [2:39] classmates and uh the way that this uh [2:42] senior class has been able to lead with [2:45] empathy and uh help inspire a sense of [2:48] belonging to our our school. I'm so [2:50] proud of them for helping us get [2:52] through. [2:55] Something I always remember Chamberlain [2:56] Park by is the place of opportunity. I [2:59] would say the the welcoming for sure. It [3:04] it was always so warm and welcome to [3:06] come [3:07] [Music] [3:11] here. I'm always going to remember from [3:13] Champlain the community. I mean, [3:15] everybody's so close. I mean, the [3:16] football games, just the atmosphere is [3:18] amazing. Teachers that want us to [3:20] succeed. I mean, just overall, everybody [3:22] wants us to do good here. I'm looking [3:24] forward to learning more and becoming [3:27] more independent, making friends, and [3:29] doing fun activities. I'm looking [3:31] forward to meeting new people, trying [3:33] new things, and getting a head start [3:35] into my [3:36] [Music] [3:41] career. One thing I love about Champlain [3:44] Park is that it just feels like home to [3:45] me. Like, it'll always be somewhere that [3:48] I feel welcomed and supported [3:51] by. Uh my encouragement for you as you [3:54] move forward is is stay true to who you [3:57] are and remember um that the most [4:00] important place that you can live in uh [4:02] as an individual in society and in this [4:05] world is in a place of humanity and a [4:07] place of understanding. And you've [4:09] leaned into that uh as Champlain Park [4:12] seniors and I would encourage you to [4:14] continue to lean into that as you move [4:15] forward into the next chapters of your [4:17] life.
