School District 279 Board Approves Teacher Contracts
The Independent School District 279 School Board approved more than 20 new teacher contracts during a brief regular meeting Tuesday evening.
Board Chair Tanya Prince called the meeting to order at 6 p.m., stating the purpose was to act on time-sensitive district business related to personnel and operational needs. The board unanimously approved a consent agenda that included the new teacher contracts, financial reports, the 2024-2025 investments report, grants and meeting minutes.

The purpose of this evening's meeting will be to act on time-sensitive district business related to personnel and operational needs. This evening's meeting of the OIO school board is being conducted in the boardroom of the educational service center.
