I don't think it's wow, we need something better. We we know that. Do we need, you know, do we need a $50 million facility? I don't think we do.
It's a space needs deal and and the design and the space need everything has been done. public works, everything. We've required experts to look at what's needed for functionality. Uh we trust the experts and the feedback that they provided.
