call the meeting back to order um the city council just adjourned three consecutive closed sessions in the first close session the city council discussed attorney client privileged items related to the claim filed by Craig sh sherber and Associates staff and the City attorney City attorney have been given Direction in the second close session the city council discussed the development of offers uh of offers or counter offers for the purchase of real property the property discussed was P ID 26119 2313 00006 staff and the City attorney have been given Direction in the third Clos session city council evaluated the performance of the city administrator the city administrator performance was determined to be exceptional um and uh the council discussed improve uh or progressing uh pay to step five for the city administrator perfect I think that's everything um and that I move to a Jour no you don't no um I reject I reject that motion out of order thank the G we have yes we just had a quick motion on the step increase just yes I will make that motion second very care any discussion all those in favor say I I thank you problem thanks for reminding me um uh two quick things city council schedule review um Jay I I mentioned prior to the meeting um and you clarified but just for everyone's sake uh regarding December for next year the 2025 calendar uh just doing the one meeting I think that's a good president I like how we've been doing that things seems to work out I would say either we keep it on the 11th or if we want to try to aim it towards the middle of the month maybe the 15th um I could do either we don't have to necessarily figure it out right now we can change the schedule we have some time before next December um but that was one thing and then the second was trying to coordinate um for our upcoming goal setting sessions um made some notes here somewhere where um so Jay we had four four hours scheduled on the 14th and 28th currently of January yes you're not here is Michelle in this Loop yes okay yep um so and I guess Michelle you emailed me and Jay the list but I don't know the the rest of council has probably seen it so um going through Tuesdays don't work for Michelle um so going through the calendar um and noting some things that might notwork for other reasons Jay and I found some potential dates at work wanted to see if it works for us to council um instead of the 14th we'll be doing the session the first session on the 13th of January which is a Monday um and in terms of the hour what hours did we have set the I think it was 4:30 uh starting at 4:30 okay what whatever hours work best for Council uh but but planning on four hours of work is has been the the desire gotcha 13 works for me works for me Monday Tuesdays are my days or anything like this okay otherwise I can't get off early gotcha uh Monday works great for that one mark that work for you yeah that's good perfect great so I think we can make that one work Michelle if that works for you still perfect um and then the second one trying to keep it somewhat you know we want some time in between because there's kind of some processing of information and and some materials that need to be put together for our second meeting um we Jay you and I were thinking maybe we said the 27th or the 30th yeah and given Dean's schedule maybe the 27th makes the most sense there if it works for everyone else Monday the 27th that appears to work that work for you yes I think we're good so we'll do those days um same time or did did we I'll look at what we schedule timein that at the same time communicate that out sounds good and with that um still not going to let you make a motion oh I'm done for tonight okay good uh because I'm going to make a motion to have councelor Bott a chair at the end of this meeting oh so move second second or second you made whatever I made pick whoever you want for a second all those in favor say I as as acting mayor I am um I would like a motion to adjourn so moved you can't let you go I will second it uh all in favor vote by saying I I I opposed and I'm GNA abstain meeting adjourned
