One of the things we discussed... is the possibility of an open air sheltered playground.

If we don't expect tournaments... I would understand not wanting it but if that's the goal that changes things.

If we're going to have the covered one to still have other areas that are like still space to put in and if we've got like future ball fields and multi-use Fields... that would allow us to have a little bit more space.
