We're not only engineers for the city of Dayton, we're also the engineers for the Elm Creek Watershed commission.
State statute says that watersheds must update their management plans every 10 years. This is going to be Elm Creek's fourth plan.
Nobody else really does. So a lot of the work which is done is voluntary. So we need to how do we get how do we persuade people to undertake some of those improvements?
