The city issued an RFP in July for a park facilities study, which will inventory existing facilities used by Dayton residents (both inside and outside the city) and conduct a needs analysis assuming a build-out population of 50,000. Staff recommended HKGI for the study, noting their familiarity with the area. Master Plan Nexus also offered a free service using AI, which staff expressed uncertainty about. The study is projected to take approximately four months and cost $33,530. The current total field count for a 50,000 population is estimated at 11.5 fields.

So I'm looking for a recommendation from the park commission to move it forward to to the city council.
Yeah. Yeah. 33530. I went through what HKGI had in this bridge packet. Seems like they're very familiar with the area and our surrounding neighbors. So I think they were a good choice.
