The school board began its goal setting for the school year already in November for next year. What is the cadence of goal setting and when does the public hear an early draft and can provide input? Why is it important to start this early? >> That's a great question. The board sets goals based on a lot of data. Community community feedback, staff feedback, student outcomes, a lot of different student measures. So, uh, the the feedback that the board uses is really what does the community say is important. Like one of the things the community will notice this year is after parents uh provided feedback about screen time and monitoring technology and AI that came up in board planning. You'll notice in the 2627 board goals, there's a separate goal that we're going to be monitoring. How should AI be used in school? And how should technology be used intentionally to be instructionally focused and not just more screen time? That's a that's a feedback loop the community I think would appreciate.
