Sally, you came on the board in this this excellence in leadership and organizational support specifically about increasing community connection to the board. That was a priority. Can you give a little background on that from your perspective? Why why is that so important to this board? Now, it's important to this board because if we just stay in the boardroom and receive all of our information through polished presentations and, you know, scheduled guest, for example, or even from community comments or citizen input where people have prepared what they're going to say for us, we will only get so much information. We recognize as a board that it's very important for us to be out and about in the community and gathering information in as many forms and from as many people as we can in order to get a full picture of what's working and where opportunities are.
