give me a kiss give me a kiss no give me a kiss okay every day every day and um that I'm able to unpack and see the things that maybe I planned ahead for knowing that this day was coming or something from the other places when we were doing a lot of moving I'm so grateful for this day you know for the day we moved in for this day because things are get finally slowing down to normal I left 18 for the Navy I did 13 years total part of that time I was on a ship I found out that I was one of the first 50 women ever to receive permanent Duty stationed on board an aircraft carrier and it was the best probably Duty station of my whole career after the military I got out and I lived in Washington state and then I came home and this is where I bounced around and bounced around and when I was done bouncing I needed to find somewhere to go I knew that I could go to a shelter but I didn't know how I didn't know where in the beginning I was really concerned about my animal we were moving around a lot and it affects dogs so I called a phone number and she's the one that answered TAA I was lucky enough that I got to speak with her so she really really took care of me from from Ground Zero she named off a few things right away and that we were going to do and ticked him off right down the line and we did exactly that and she never gave up she always said okay here's what you got to do and she kept my eyes on the prize so to speak I knew that things were going to be okay no matter what at the end to have this place means a lot because well for me important to have have stability especially after all these years of not um just better for mental health better for just all around for me and for them I was really concerned and the other day he looked at me and hopped up in my lap and laid his head on my shoulder and it was as if to say you did it and we just kind of sat there for a minute and it was you know it meant a lot because he's happy just having a home and knowing that people care enough to make sure you're not out on the streets it means the world I mean it really does
