Commissioner Debbie Goettel, Chair, called the meeting of the Administration,
Operations and Budget Committee for Tuesday, April 21, 2026 to order at 2:21 p.m.
Due to disruptions in the Board room, the meeting was recessed at 2:04 p.m. The
meeting resumed at 2:21 p.m.
