the developer of Prairie Bluff Commons, that's the that uh portion of property that is the CH Robinson office building and then the vacant land around that that is the large housing development that you approved earlier this year. Um that similar to many many projects you that we do as you know when they need to do the development there are many times that they need to vacate many of the existing easements and then create new easements in their place.

I do have a question. Um, in in the packet they talked about um replacing the sidewalk, but they didn't say anything about replacing the trail.
