[0:04] The Inspired Journey Summit is a celebration of learning [0:07] in Eden Prairie schools, [0:08] where we get to, celebrate a students inspired journey [0:11] that starts with studentsdiscovering their interest and talents. [0:15] Exploring their options and opportunities,and then pursuing, their areas of interest [0:19] and setting themselves up for successafter high school. [0:23] We know when a student seestheir interests in their learning [0:27] engagement skyrockets. [0:29] When engagement skyrockets, [0:30] outcome in performance and successalso improves. [0:34] And that's somethingthat Eden Prairie Schools [0:35] does a phenomenal job of is personalizingour learning to each student. [0:39] And so that they're inspiredand can achieve that success. [0:42] We continue to push the bounds of what our pathwaysand what our capstones are. [0:47] We continue to add additional optionsand opportunities for our students [0:50] to support some of these, newand emerging interests. [0:53] And so we're looking at these industrydemands and being reactive to those [0:57] how can we best set our studentsup for success, not only, for our students [1:01] that are graduating this year, [1:02] but those five and even ten yearsdown the road, [1:04] because we're preparing them for the skillsthat are not just in demand today, [1:07] but are in demand tomorrow.
