[0:00] Hi, my name is Matt Sack. I have the [0:01] honor and privilege of serving as the [0:02] police chief here in Prairie. I want to [0:04] take a minute to uh put out some [0:06] reminders about bicycle safety and uh [0:08] rules about riding bikes in Prairie. Uh [0:10] we've seen a definite increase in bike [0:12] riding, especially ebikes or electric [0:14] bikes. Wanted to take a minute to uh [0:17] remind people of some of the rules. Uh [0:19] state law says that riders of ebikes [0:21] must be 15 years or older. It's [0:24] important to remember that uh these [0:25] bikes can have a lot of power depending [0:27] on what type they are and we want to [0:29] make sure everybody's riding safe.
