The Edina Housing Foundation presented three preliminary housing development options for the West 76th Street property. Option 1 consists of five sets of 4-unit two-story townhomes. Option 2 includes a four-story apartment building with 45-50 units plus three sets of 4-unit two-story townhomes. Option 3 is the densest proposal, featuring both three and four-story apartment buildings. City Council members provided feedback on the proposals and requested additional information before proceeding.
