“We were told we want the look and feel of the promenade to flow all the way up through the site so it feels like the promenade is actually being expanded into the property and we can see the swooping designs of the landscaping islands... for the casual user walking in and out of the site the intent is for it to feel like an expansion of the promenade versus private property”
