Discussion only. ## Information/Background: This work session will continue discussion on the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance Update. Attached is a draft of module 1 of the zoning ordinance, which contains the chapter introduction, district regulations, uses and use standards, and floodplain districts. The focus of this meeting will be on the residential zoning districts and uses. The consultant will be in attendance to present proposed changes to the code.
