Discussion only. ## Information/Background: This work session will continue discussion on the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance Update with the focus on Module 1, which contains the chapter introduction, district regulations, uses and use standards. Staff and consultants from ZoneCo will provide updates since the last work session on June 24. At the last meeting, a lot of discussion was had about the need for the zoning ordinance to better accommodate the needs of an aging population.
