The property owners at 5620 Woodcrest Drive are requesting a 37.9-foot setback variance for construction of a porch and deck to allow a 12.1-foot setback from where a 50-foot setback is required to a pond. The project also requires a 196-square foot building coverage variance from the maximum allowed limit of 2,250 square feet. The requested variances reduce the existing nonconforming setback to the water body encroaching closer to the pond edge and increases the existing nonconforming coverage overage of 177-square feet by 196-square feet for a total of 373-square feet of coverage over the allowable 2,250- square foot limit. ## Supporting Documentation: Documents marked with "Board Portal" do not meet ADA Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (URL) and are not included in the public packet.
