The discussion will include: ● Technology Levy & Staffing: Clarification on allowable uses of Tech Levy funds, an audit of current vs. proposed technology roles, their responsibilities in shifting the district to a proactive security stance, and alternative funding considerations. ● Strategic & Facilities Alignment: How proposed roles and funding models align with other district priorities, including, but not limited to positions connected to student and staff support, the Edina High School (EHS) experience, and safety and security. ● Timeline & Fiscal Planning: Review of current and projected financial resources, identifying key gaps, and mapping out the timeline toward the final long-term funding plan due January 1, 2027.
