Dr Stanley it's your personality the director I'm Jason doctor I'm the president of education and Associates contract that honors and validates the services that they provide to our district teachers to all the E-Pass members that worked at Valley View Middle School and like these are the people you need to know right you need something done you need a favor you need to know how to do something you're going to ask them because they run the district and when I became an assistant principal veteran administrator and I keep hearing that and we all we all know to be true to the extent and the caliber that we do without the people behind me thank you thank you next up is Nancy Knutson good evening the board members my name is outside [Music] which is great um foreign services districts consistency the consent agenda is approved um this is from the consent agenda because one of our lovely boardwalkers and so this was a removed for that purpose um so we will know how to approve the Personnel recommendations tuition agreement for comprehensive virtual programming second so was that yeah okay okay I just want to make sure um um [Music] what they followed [Music] enough viability for the Middle School virtual program works we will be funding so that does allow the students um program tonight opposed the tuition um tuition agreement is approved thank you thank you um student travel and specifically South Korea Exchange program welcome thank you good evening Dr Stanley Chair allenberg board members and community members I'm here this evening with assistant principal Jen Carter and we have some trouble and conversations that we're going to have with you tonight I'm going to turn it over to her together questions and discussion thank you sorry in late 2018 schools in South Korea yeah um promise to be able to give the students a chance to meet in person so our recommendations recently and sunset it definitely does want to and both end times kind of what feedback we got tonight as well questions I don't have any questions for students so um about 25 to 30 that would be the Hope um [Music] thank you um [Music] 21. foreign thank you from a process perspective systems my question is is right right and I know versus an existence it does it does okay okay in October but it has been approved but then never promoted because of the timing of it all I feel like we're back for Action does that mess up the timer okay okay so with that thank you um our policies go through our review cycle every four years we look for clarity and alignment with District practice and state and federal statute equity and so or policies that we have um are pretty straightforward changes um policy 101 legal status of the school district is the first um if they had any questions about that one pretty straightforward great policy 102 name of the school district s [Music] or something yeah policy 113 equal Educational Opportunity this policy has a little bit more substantial changes or anything additional questions I don't have a question just a comment that I'm grateful to the change for the changes excellent and then policy 104 or complaints students employees parents and other persons um so these four policies with no changes will come back for Action next month and thank you thank you green foreign Public Schools thank you Human Resources Director and she's going participation uh there was a presentation um before you clarify the questions so the uh you get your certificate of participation is set at 17.5 million dollars is that are we now editing that to the lower amount or we should maintaining as a 17.5 7 17.5 million is foreign [Music] the intensity issue certificates of participation is approved so thank you very much thank you um yeah great great are there any committee updates [Music] the video um the Minnesota Association of school business officials thank you um I will turn over to Dr Stanley for superintendent updates technology yeah Wow first of all I do want to say that these start to this year just incredible wow um I have been out in the mountains and um this is a pattern we can rely right now and so I just want to call all this um and then I have um next week foreign [Music] to have him come in then I would like to read a statement so this is this Friday that has great memories and typically the time across Generations um just despite the rain so many people turned out for them and the kids were incredibly excited parents were just excited Elders were there [Music] um to meet them and it was almost almost foreign yeah her Administration was completely strong [Music] um some questions about that and um [Music] the situation what was beliefs Department we actually had like before our administers [Music] [Music] out there and um well it may be hard to believe that right now and I know there are those things um community um and as I said we will continue to investigate it as I updated um Public Schools um that we're able to follow through with the consequences very seriously how long so again to the community um sorry that that had to have happened during such just just an important time together for the
