Uh we are gathered [1:14] uh for our second meeting uh to discuss [1:17] some of the proposals we've seen in [1:19] response to the request for proposal [1:22] that we issued on 5146 Eden Avenue which [1:24] is the former public work site uh in [1:28] Eden and Arcadia and we're going to [1:31] review and discuss the proposals for the [1:33] potential sale of the land at that [1:35] location and uh as is allowed under [1:39] Minnesota law we're going to move into [1:41] close session as permitted by Minnesota [1:43] statute 13D.05 subdivision 3 to review [1:47] and discuss these proposals for the [1:49] potential sale of the land at 5146 [1:52] Avenue.
