[1:14] uh for our second meeting uh to discuss
[1:17] some of the proposals we've seen in
[1:19] response to the request for proposal
[1:22] that we issued on 5146 Eden Avenue which
[1:24] is the former public work site uh in
[1:28] Eden and Arcadia and we're going to
[1:31] review and discuss the proposals for the
[1:33] potential sale of the land at that
[1:35] location and uh as is allowed under
[1:39] Minnesota law we're going to move into
[1:41] close session as permitted by Minnesota
[1:43] statute 13D.05 subdivision 3 to review
[1:47] and discuss these proposals for the
[1:49] potential sale of the land at 5146
[1:52] Avenue. Is there a motion to that
[1:53] effect? So moved. Mr. Jackson moved. I
[1:56] second. Mr. Agnes seconds the uh motion
[2:00] to close the session as permitted by
[2:02] Minnesota statutes as described to move
[2:05] into close session to discuss uh
[2:08] proposals for the potential sale of land
[2:10] at 5146 Eaton Avenue. All those in favor
[2:12] of going into close session say I
[2:15] opposed carried.
[2:18] Uh we are back in open session and to
[2:21] close it up. We had a conversation here
[2:23] for how long? We got 90 minutes. 90
[2:28] minutes approximately for just purposes
[2:30] of discussing the uh uh potential sale
[2:33] of land at 5146 Eden Avenue. Uh we're
[2:37] going to reconvene on the matter on July
[2:39] 24th at 7 a.m. and we've invited five of
[2:43] the RFP responders to um uh to come and
[2:48] present to the uh housing and
[2:50] redevelopment authority of the city uh
[2:52] of Edina and um that and director
[2:56] Nundorf will take care of uh those
[2:59] invitations and notifications to people
[3:01] that were not selected for interviews.
[3:04] Um that concludes our work here. Is
