it is still Tuesday December 3rd 2024 barely 11:59 p.m. and we are calling to order the housing Redevelopment Authority meeting that was scheduled for this uh evening and uh I'm going to ask our clerk to call the role commissioner agnu here commissioner Jackson here commissioner Pierce here commissioner rer here chair huin here uh I think we could forego the Pledge of Allegiance yes and um I think we can go right to approval of the meeting agenda is there a motion to approve the meeting agenda so moved second motion to second to approve the meeting agenda for the h any further discussion all in favor of adopting the meeting agenda for the h this December 3rd 2024 say i i i opposed carried uh anybody out in the audience for Community comment or online no no Community comment um okay and uh let let's um we've got several matters here that deal with the the budget setting the budget for 2025 and uh I'll will entertain a motion to defer all of the decision Visions on these matters under the reports and recommendations portion of the agenda to the December 177 2024 meeting of the housing Redevelopment Authority is there a motion to that effect so moved second uh commissioner Jackson moves commissioner Pierce seconds the uh postponement of the matters scheduled on the December 3rd 2024 agenda for Action under the reports and recommendations portion of the agenda to the h meeting to be scheduled on December 17 2024 any further discussion all those in favor of adoption of the motion to stus say I I I opposed carried uh any comments from anybody all right is there a motion to adjourn the h meeting so moved second commissioner Jackson moves commissioner Pi seconds the uh the what are we doing adjourning the h meeting uh on December 3rd any further discussion all those in favor of AD jerman say I I Clos carried we stand a jour
