## 8:00 A.M.

## 1.0 CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Hovland called the meeting to order at 8:50 a.m.

## 2.0 ROLL CALL

Answering roll call were Members Agnew, Jackson, Pierce, Risser, and Mayor Hovland.

Staff in attendance: Scott Neal, City Manager; Bill Neuendorf, Economic Development Manager;

## Stephanie Hawkinson, Affordable Housing Manager; Jennifer Bennerotte, Communications Director;

and Zoe Johnson, City Management Fellow.

3.1 MOTION TO CLOSE SESSION as permitted by MS 13D.05, Subd. 3 to discuss sale of

real estate.

Member Jackson made a motion, seconded by Member Pierce, to close the meeting as

permitted by MS 13D.05, Subd. 3 to discuss the sale of real estate. Ayes: Agnew, Jackson,

Pierce, Risser, Hovland. Motion carried.

3.2 Discussion on Sale of Real Estate at 5146 Eden Avenue.

City Council and staff discussed the sale of 5146 Eden Avenue.

## 3.3 MOTION TO MOVE BACK INTO OPEN SESSION

Member Jackson made a motion, seconded by Member Pierce to move back into open session.
