CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Mayor Ringate called the work session to order at 5:32 PM. ## Present: Mayor Ringate and Councilmembers Caron, O’Hanlon, Bildsoe, and Vogel Also Present: City Manager Luger. ## 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Bildsoe moved to approve the work session agenda. O’Hanlon seconded. Motion carried 5/0. ## 3. NEW BUSINESS (a) Closed meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statues Section 13.05 Subd. 3(a) to evaluate the performance of the City Manager O’Hanlon voted to close the meeting. Caron seconded. Motion carried 5/0. O’Hanlon voted to end the closed session. Caron seconded. Motion carried 5/0. ## 4. ADJOURNMENT Caron moved to adjourn. Vogel seconded. Motion carried 5/0.
