At this time, I will turn it over to our planner, Mr. Cultus. Um, thank you, honorable mayor and councel. Um, so the item before you tonight is consideration uh to vacate drainage and utility easements associated with the original plat of the gateway of Maple Plane uh and in particular to outlot A. So when the Gateway of Maple Plane plat was uh platted and um recorded by the city or approved by the city and recorded, it established drainage and utility easements um that were good for the outlaw A at the time. Um but with the recent uh replplot of this property to create a new lot one block one uh for the Quick Trip convenience uh fuel station and car wash. the drainage and utility easements need to get adjusted to now um align with the new plat. So what the council's considering tonight is vacation of the existing drainage and utility easements, but those easements are not in their entirety going away. The city through the approval of the plat for Quick Trip adopted new drainage and utility easements and so essentially it'll just be a swap in the recording. We'll vacate these. will replplat the ones we need which do cover a portion of this um but they'll be uh aligned then with the new plat and so we're not really giving up any kind of public easement in this we're just uh making an adjustment so that the new plaque can be uh recorded so that I'd be happy to answer any questions it is fairly straightforward in what we're trying to accomplish so thank you that's a great synopsis any questions for our planner Mr. this.
