By objecting in writing or coming here in person, it preserves your right to appeal at district court. If you choose to go to district court, you can take that path. Otherwise, that's the end of the process and it goes on your taxes.
If you put it there then you as you know the park board or whomever I don't know forestry whomever should ultimately be responsible for whatever damage that it caused because no one asks permission and I think that's not fair.
legally we have to take the lowest bid. We don't have the option um to you know pick and choose between the folks who are offering us offering the services. We have to take the lowest bid as a council and as um the city of Minneapolis.
